Age Restrictions

This online store offers alcoholic beverages.
By purchasing from Aperitifs.ch, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence and, for Switzerland, that you are at least 16 years old for wine/beer and 18 years old for spirits in accordance with Swiss alcohol legislation.
We reserve the right to verify age before processing orders and to refuse or cancel orders if legal requirements are not met.

Refunds and Exchanges

We gladly offer refunds and exchanges only for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • Product Damage or Defect: The item must have been received damaged or defective.

  • Unused and Original Condition: The returned item must remain unused and in the same condition as when received.

  • Original Packaging: The returned item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and directly shipped, the returning customer will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@alpsdiscovery.com and send the item to the address specified on the sender address of the package.

Exempt Goods

Please be aware that the following items are exempt from refunds and exchanges:

  • Alcoholic beverages (unless defective or damaged upon delivery)

  • Gift cards

  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered under these circumstances:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts, for reasons not attributed to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive a prompt email notification regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to the credit card used for payment or the original method of payment within 30 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within 30 working days, we recommend checking your credit card or payment account. Subsequently, contact your credit card issuing company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.

Shipping

For your convenience and to optimize efficiency, please return the product to the provided address on the packaging.

The store operates through third-party logistics for route optimization, and the item may be dispatched from a distributor’s warehouse, manufacturer, or reseller.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, and these costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
